I almost forgot today about Nablopomo!
It's 11:39 and I was about to fall asleep when I realized I never posted!!
So, here is something cool that I did this weekend.
On Saturday, I discovered "The Olde Creek Store" in Dawson Creek. It has the coolest old stuff, antiques, old books, and handmade items from around the world. You can buy old glass doorknobs and handles for cupboards and wrought iron key rings. My great find was a 1947 early reader copy of Alice's Adventures through the Looking Glass. It's colour illustrated and I stood it up in my guest room on the dresser. I will post a picture of it later.
My favourite Through the Looking Glass quote:
"Sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast"--said by the Queen of Hearts.
Bonsoir!

Nice find!
I always get like a crazy person around antiques. I feel like whatever old thing it is, I may never see another like it, so I must have it.
I would think that Alice in Wonderland would be a fairly rare book.
