Happy Valentine's Day!
Haven't posted in a long while. Just wanted to say I'm still alive, but just barely. Practicum is taking up all my time, and missing Mike is taking up the rest. He's now been gone three weeks almost, and I'm counting down the days until I go to visit him, which is exactly 50. Will try to post more often now, but I currently am part of 6 blogs. Yes, 6. Sounds crazy I know. But I've got one for my Macbeth class, so that is keeping me busy. Anyways, not much else is new. Just lesson planning and talking to Mike. Although I do have a new roommate to keep me company--my friend Elissa is staying with me for a while. So, all is good. Must go, as I am on my way to a Valentine's day dinner with a friend who is also missing her husband on Valentine's Day.

Happy belated Valentine's Day, my dear, even though it's a manufactured crap holiday and I don't believe in it. I hope you had a nice dinner out, even though Mike wasn't there ... and don't worry, the time will go quickly enough.

Hey Sabrina... I am excited for you that Mike has started his RCMP program... just think he will be done sooner then you think and then you can move on with your life together... not wondering when he will get in. This is his dream and really I think the timing is probably perfect for the both of you. You must be sooo busy with your practicum and lession plans that you would have felt like you never had time for Mike if he was at home right now. This way you will finish and then he will get stationed and you will find a job whereever you have to move. I would love for you guys to stay on the Island. I miss you!

PS for Mike - Can you ask him if you has met a Santino D'Toris (sp?) he flew out on Feb 11th. He is a guy I know from VI Fitness in Nanaimo (were I am working part time).
